1. Terms and Conditions of Service

• Grace Period: Delays are inevitable and may sometimes prevent customers from meeting their chauffeurs at the scheduled pickup time. RGAM Transportation LLC works to ensure chauffeurs are in position prior to each reservation. Customers are provided a grace period before waiting-time charges begin.
  • Airport Pickups: RGAM Transportation LLC monitors commercial airline arrivals to help ensure timely airport pickups. A thirty (30) minute grace period is allowed for domestic arrivals and a forty-five (45) minute grace period for international arrivals. After the grace period, waiting-time charges will apply in quarter-hour increments based on the vehicle’s hourly rate.
  • FBO / Private Airport Arrivals: Chauffeurs are scheduled to be in position thirty (30) minutes prior to the scheduled wheels-down time. This pre-spot period is included. Waiting time begins accruing at the scheduled wheels-down time.
  • Non-Airport Pickups: A fifteen (15) minute grace period is allowed for pickup locations other than airports. After the grace period, waiting-time charges will apply in quarter-hour increments based on the vehicle’s hourly rate.
• Changes and Cancellations: Changes or cancellations must be submitted to RGAM Transportation LLC by email at info@rgamtransportation.com, through the customer’s online reservation system when applicable, or by calling (480) 426-0266. Sedan and SUV reservations require twenty-four (24) hours’ advance notice for changes or cancellations.
• Customers who fail to provide adequate notice of a reservation change or cancellation may be charged the full fare, including a twenty percent (20%) gratuity.
• Sprinter and Mini Bus Cancellation Policy: Sprinter and Mini Bus reservations require forty-eight (48) hours’ advance notice for cancellation. Cancellations made within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled pickup time may be charged the full reservation amount.
• No-Shows: A reservation is considered a “No Show” if the passenger cannot be located or contacted within one (1) hour for airport pickups, beginning when the passenger’s flight lands, or within thirty (30) minutes for other pickup locations. No-shows may be charged the full trip fare, including a twenty percent (20%) gratuity. If you are unable to locate your chauffeur, please contact RGAM Transportation LLC at (480) 426-0266 before leaving the pickup location.
• Rates: Rates are subject to change without notice. RGAM Transportation LLC is not responsible for services delayed or not rendered due to weather or other circumstances beyond its control. The rate shown on a reservation confirmation is based on the service reserved. Waiting time, additional stops, taxes, fees, or additional services may affect the final charge.

2. Smoking Strictly Prohibited

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all RGAM Transportation vehicles. Smoking by the client or any passenger will result in a minimum $250 cleaning charge. Any additional damage caused by smoking will also be charged to the client.

3. Excess Cleaning & Damage

If additional cleaning is required because of the actions of the client or any passenger, including spilled food or beverages, vomiting, prohibited smoking, or excessive trash, RGAM Transportation LLC may charge additional cleaning fees. The minimum excessive cleaning fee is $250. Any damage to a vehicle caused by the client or a passenger will be charged to the client.

4. SMS Communications Consent

By providing your phone number and booking transportation services with RGAM Transportation LLC, you consent to receive SMS text messages related to your reservations, chauffeur updates, pickup notifications, trip reminders, customer support, and account notifications.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

5. Use of Personal Data
